Large, modern ground-floor apartment with private parking space, 3 minutes' walk from the train station.
You'll be staying in Metz's Nouvelle-Ville district, just 3 minutes' walk from the train station and around 7 minutes from the city center. The apartment is ideally located close to the city's main attractions, including the Muse shopping mall (voted Europe's most beautiful shopping mall in 2019), the Centre Pompidou, the Metz Arena and the Robert Schuman congress center. Access to the apartment is facilitated by its disabled access, which also makes it convenient for luggage.
Its location means you can easily get around Metz using public transport such as trains, buses, mettis, bicycles, etc.
A secure underground parking space with beep access is also available. Please note that this space is only suitable for 3-door cars, while 5-door vehicles can park in nearby secure parking lots or on the street free of charge.
This apartment is not suitable for parties or receptions, as the residence is quiet and secure.
During your reservation, the apartment will be entirely private. It comprises a large bedroom with a double bed and TV, and a smaller bedroom (not closed and without a door) with a sofa bed/cotton bed and access to the terrace. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate up to five people.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet. The living room is bright and fully furnished with quality materials, including a sofa bed and a large TV for your comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob. A large walk-in wardrobe and a range of fitted wardrobes are available for longer stays. The apartment also features an umbrella bed, ideal for families. You'll feel right at home in the warm, stylish decor. Thanks to its ground-floor location, you can also relax on the small sunny terrace.
Beds are made up on arrival, and for your comfort we provide hotel-quality linen.
Check-in is possible from 4pm, and check-out must be no later than 11am on the day of departure. Arrival is on your own. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive our house guide by e-mail, which will provide you with all the information you need for easy access to the apartment, including the key box code.
