Perfect apartment for professionals working in the border area. 60 m2 with an office and two bedrooms with TV.
You'll be staying in an apartment located opposite the former Terville church, now converted into a media library. Its location is ideal for teams on assignment at the Cattenom power plant, a 25-minute drive from Metz and Luxembourg. The Geric shopping center with its boutiques is just 5 minutes away by car, and the Thionville train station is less than 10 minutes away, accessible in less than a quarter of an hour by public transport.
The building is secured with cameras at the entrance and houses a doctor's surgery on the first floor. Please note that all wellness and commercial activities, as well as the reception of guests not registered on the reservation, are strictly forbidden in the apartment.
The apartment, which is entirely private during your booking, is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building. It comprises two bedrooms with TV and king-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a third bedroom converted into an office with two workstations and a wifi repeater for optimal connection. Netflix service is included, and two fans are provided by the owner.
Beds are made up on arrival with hotel-quality linen provided by Rock in Share for your comfort. Physical check-in time is from 4pm, and check-out must be no later than 11am on the day of departure.
Arrival is on your own. Once the reservation has been confirmed, you will receive Rock In Share's house guide by e-mail, providing all the information you need to easily access the apartment, including instructions for the key box.
