Cosy apartment in the heart of the city, 15 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from Place Saint-Louis and Place Saint-Jacques.
You'll be staying in an apartment in the Allemands district, right next to Place Saint-Louis and the Saint-Jacques shopping center. You'll be able to take full advantage of the city center and its shops on foot. At the end of the street, you can explore the Porte des Allemands, a listed fortification dating back to the 13th century and one of the city's historic relics.
Ideally positioned just a fifteen-minute walk from Metz train station, this privileged location will enable you to explore the whole city.
Parking is available on the street, as well as in the Paixhans and Mazelle parking lots.
In addition to the many tourist attractions nearby, you can also enjoy the lively neighborhood life of this dynamic part of town. Once a working-class district, it has now become a cultural and gastronomic center showcasing the region. Two art galleries and three semi-gastronomic restaurants (Chez Moi, Les petites cocottes, Aux deux amis) bring the area to life. Meat lovers will be delighted by the Laktaf butcher's shop, located 15 meters from the apartment, renowned for its delicious shallot flank steak. Behind Porte des Allemands you'll also find Frigos Ardents, former military refrigerators transformed into a cultural guinguette, open from March to September, an ideal place to share a hot chocolate or beer with family and friends.
During your reservation, the accommodation will be entirely private. It's an apartment on the second floor (no elevator), combining old-world charm and modern comfort with its original fireplace, retro frames and imitation-stone wall. The well-equipped studio includes a bright, fully-furnished living room, a kitchenette (microwave oven, hob, fridge), a bathroom with shower and a large closet for optimum comfort, especially for longer stays.
This apartment is ideal for a couple or guests wishing to explore the city and its surroundings while enjoying a comfortable apartment right in the center of town.
