Charming apartment in the heart of the city, 15 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from Place Saint-Louis and Place Saint-Jacques.
You'll be staying in an apartment located in the Allemands district, right next to Place Saint-Louis and the Saint-Jacques shopping center. You can explore the city center and its shops on foot. At the end of the street, you'll discover the Porte des Allemands, a listed fortification built in the 13th century, a true vestige of the city's history.
Ideally located just a fifteen-minute walk from the Gare de Metz train station, this privileged location will enable you to explore the whole city.
Parking is available on the street, as well as in the Paixhans and Mazelle parking lots.
In addition to nearby tourist attractions, you can enjoy the vibrant neighborhood life of this part of town. Once a popular district, it is now a cultural and gastronomic hub showcasing the region. It's home to two art galleries and three semi-gastronomic restaurants (Chez Moi, Les petites cocottes, Aux deux amis). Meat lovers will appreciate the Laktaf butcher's shop, located 15 meters from the apartment, renowned for its famous shallot flank steak. Behind the Porte des Allemands is the Frigos Ardents, former military refrigerators transformed into a cultural guinguette, open from March to September. It's the ideal place to share a hot chocolate or a beer with family and friends.
The accommodation is entirely private during your reservation, located on the third floor (no elevator), with a warm decor combining the charm of the old with the comfort of the new. Moldings and imitation stone walls give it a special cachet. The well-equipped studio includes a bright, fully-furnished living room, a kitchenette (microwave oven, hob, fridge), a bathroom with shower and a large closet for added comfort, especially for longer stays. A washing machine is available for extended stays.
