This duplex apartment is composed as follows:
An entrance hall with a corridor leading to an independent toilet with washbasin.
A living room with sofa bed, dining table and kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a storage unit. The bedroom is en suite with a bathroom featuring a single washbasin and bathtub.
Apartment surface area: 46 m² under Bouttin law; 69 m² floor space.

NB. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor, without elevator, in an old building typical of Annecy's old town, via spiral staircases!

Take advantage of all the shops in Annecy's old town. At the foot of the apartment, you'll find a pharmacy, a delicatessen, numerous convenience stores, as well as all the stores and activities of downtown Annecy.
Take advantage of the proximity of the lake and its activities, less than 2 minutes' walk from the apartment.
ACCESS
Access to the apartment is via a secure key box, allowing you to arrive at the time you wish, in complete autonomy.
The apartment is located in Annecy's old town. Access is only possible on foot. Here are the nearest parking lots:
