Located in the heart of Parentis en Born, in a quiet family neighborhood, this 95 m², 4-star-rated detached house with reversible air conditioning welcomes you in its warm atmosphere. The house features a pleasant living room with TV and WiFi (the pellet stove is not functional). A fully-equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator... It includes two beautiful bedrooms with storage space. The first bedroom has a 140cm bed, and the second a 160cm bed. If you're bringing a baby, a cot and high chair are available for hire. A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. A storeroom with washing machine and fridge complete the facilities. For the more sporty, there are two bicycles, a surfboard and a bodyboard with their wetsuits (size L), perfect for enjoying our region! The garage will be open only for access to the boards, bikes and meter. Outside, there's a garden lounge with deckchairs, parasol and charcoal barbecue for enjoying the sunny days. Three parking spaces are available in front of the property. Possibility of renting by the month during the off-season.
