Located at the port of Erquy, you'll enjoy your vacation with your feet in the water, with the beach in front of the apartment that you can admire from the terrace. This charming apartment is rated 3*, with a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. The apartment is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment facing the sea. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Ice-cream parlors, restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw from the apartment.
- Sailing school, jet ski rental just opposite the apartment.
- Beach 5 minutes' walk
- Erquy town center is a 10-minute walk away, where you'll find a Saturday morning market, cinema, numerous restaurants, bars and services.
- 10 minutes by car, you'll find the 18-hole golf course of Pléneuf Val André, its shops, beaches, sailing schools...

- By car: 1h00 from Saint-Malo, 40 minutes from Saint-Brieuc, 30 minutes from Lamballe.
- Bus to Saint-Brieuc and Lamballe SNCF station. Dinard airport.
