As you step inside, natural light dances across the open-concept living area, adorned with sleek contemporary furnishings and tasteful décor. The living room invites you to relax on plush sofas, while large windows frame views of the coquette and welcoming terrace. Adjacent to this, a fully equipped kitchen with a window connecting to the living room. On this floor, you also find the first newly modernized bathroom, equipped with a practical bathtub.

Following along to the first floor, we find three bedrooms thought out to cater to every guests tranquility. The main bedroom, with two single beds together , has a charming balcony to enjoy the morning sun first thing in the morning. The second bedroom. with two single beds, also has a balcony, perfect to enjoy a nice summer breeze. Finally, the third bedroom, is also equipped with two single beds, making it the perfect location for 6 people to enjoy a nice and relaxing stay. On this floor, we also find the second bathroom.
Outside, a charming terrace provides an idyllic setting for al fresco dining or morning coffees, as well as having views to one of the three pools inside of Alorda Park's limits, thus making it a perfect location to keep an eye on the youngest ones.
The prime location of Urbanización Alorda Park ensures that you're never far from entertainment and convenience. Explore nearby attractions, venture into the heart of the city, or simply revel in the tranquility of this exclusive neighborhood. Having three pools, one conveniently in front of the house, and the other two at 2 min walking distance. There is also a typical restaurant just in front of the other two pools.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€200) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
