We propose to you to the rent, in Pontevès, this charming air-conditioned house with swimming pool, of a surface of 400 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 15 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 85 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, eight beautiful bedrooms, ten bathrooms and eleven toilets, and a garden of about 1 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 85 m² with sofas, armchairs and fireplace (wood will be extra in winter months) with a dining area to gather around a good meal, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A separate toilet adapted for disabled people
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200), a queen-size bed (160x200) and two adjoining bathrooms with bath and WC
- Room 2: one double bed (140×200), two single beds (90x200), two adjoining bathrooms with bathtub and WC

- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with bathtub and WC

- A swimming pool (private, not heated) of 13m x 7m, equipped with an audible alarm. It is available all year round.
- A beautiful unenclosed garden of 1 000 m².
- A terrace of 70 m² around the pool equipped with sunbeds and parasols. It is equipped with many outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A terrace of 30 m² located in front of the bay window and under a shaded arbour equipped with small tables and garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Pontevès, in a very pleasant environment to take advantage of the calm of the historical village located at a few minutes with foot. You will be able to taste the productions of famous wine domains in the surroundings and to visit many villages, classified village of characters. You will be close to a grocery store, a bread store, a bistro and a restaurant on certain days (on the spot or to take away)

- Possibility of departure of excursions on foot or in bicycle, of the house.
- Hiking, biking, wine tasting (many domains and castle)
Tennis (3kms), two golf courses (25kms and 35kms). City stadium, health course...
- Musical and theatrical performances.
- Numerous museums and visits to historical sites. Visits to castles.
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the private parking lot of the house. Accessible for all types of vehicles. It can park about fifteen vehicles.
- Regional bus lines at 3km
- Nearest train station : Aix-en-Provence located at 78km (at about 1h by car)
- Nearest airport : Marseille located at 89km (at about 1h10 by car)

- The fireplace in the living room is functional. Wood will be extra in the winter months.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Any child swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
