This charming 3-star apartment boasts both an excellent location (5 minutes' walk from the port and center of Pornic, 1.3km from the beach) and the lifestyle of the owners' family home: swimming pool and wooded garden, car and bicycle parking ....
This 34 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is located on the first floor. It comprises a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. There's also a lovely garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:
The entrance is via the bright living room (facing East/South) which opens onto the terrace.
- A 16 m² living room with a French-made convertible sofa (140x190), coffee table and TV
- Kitchen and dining area for 4, with 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combined microwave oven, kettle, electric mixer...

- The bedroom has access to the garden through a bay window. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x190), a large closet and a small desk.
Particular care has been taken in the choice of hotel-quality bedding and cotton gauze linen.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, umbrella cot, ironing board and iron.
Private outdoor area:
A terrace and independent space (approx. 350m² with triple exposure East/West/South) within the family home's wooded garden, surrounded by old stone walls.
To make the most of the garden and terrace, you'll find the following at your disposal:
- Garden furniture and a Weber barbecue
- A "back from the beach" area to rinse and hang out your gear
- Deckchairs for lounging in the shade of the olive trees
Shared area:
- The 4x10m swimming pool (unheated) has secure access via a veranda.
Open from April to October. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
It is shared with the owners, and slots are reserved for travelers. Children are under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. A solar shower is available.
For the little ones, a cot and high chair are available on request.
The area:
The apartment is ideally located in Pornic, in the upper town, which is alive all year round. The château, port, market, shops, restaurants, train station and coastal path are all less than 10 min' walk from the apartment. It's the ideal starting point for unrestricted enjoyment of Pornic.
On the practical side, 2 steps from the apartment you'll find a butcher and a greengrocer on rue de Verdun, a baker on place du Marchix, a pharmacy, a bookshop and a delicatessen on rue du Maréchal Foch, a doctor's surgery on rue de Tourte, and the Pornic market on Thursdays and Sundays.
And two shopping centers (Hyper U and Leclerc) just 5 min away by car.

Between the ocean and the bocage, you'll have easy access to a wide range of activities:

We recommend cycling to explore Pornic's 12 beaches and coves (Plage de la Source is 8 min away, Noéveillard 10 min).

- The Haute-Perche river and its fisheries
- The wide beaches of Saint-Brévin, ideal for surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, etc.
- The Marais de Lyarne at Moutiers-en-Retz, Vue, Port Saint Père or Cheix-en-Retz.
- St Nazaire and the Estuaire route

- Nantes and the Voyages à Nantes route
- The island of Noirmoutier accessible by car or free shuttle from the port in summer.
Transportation :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle and bicycles safely within the walled garden.
- There are several free parking lots nearby: rue de Verdun, Rue de Tourte, Collège Notre-Dame de Recouvrance.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- By train: 10 min walk from station platform to apartment.
- By foot: at the heart of numerous hiking and cycling trails, including Vélocéan, Vélodyssée, Loire à vélo...
