We've lovingly prepared this home to make your visit to Villamanrique and Doñana National Park an unforgettable experience. With a capacity of 9 people in 4 bedrooms, its location south of the town center, between the Guadiamar green corridor and the Natural Gateway to Doñana National Park, and its proximity to Seville, El Rocío and Matalascañas beach, make it the ideal place to enjoy with family or friends. THE ACCOMMODATION
Our high-quality Villamanrique apartment is designed to offer an unforgettable experience. Equipped with high-quality furnishings and fittings, the house is of recent construction, guaranteeing exceptional build quality. What's more, we're committed to the environment.
The apartment comprises two floors and a large porch. The entrance leads to a spacious and comfortable living room, where you can enjoy a fireplace with a high-efficiency pellet cassette, controlled by WiFi. You'll also find a large sofa, a dining table for 8, a 43-inch Smart TV with Disney Plus, Amazon Prime and Orange TV installed, as well as an air-conditioning unit for summer use.
The spacious self-contained kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. In the laundry room, you'll find a washer and dryer, as well as the utensils needed for the barbecue, which you'll find on the front porch of the house. The kitchen opens onto the house's rear courtyard, from where you can access the storeroom.
The first floor of the house also features a bedroom with a double bed, an open wardrobe and a hot/cold air-conditioning unit. There's also a small bathroom with shower.
The upper floor is accessed by a staircase attached to the living room, in which three bedrooms and a large bathroom are distributed. On the upper floor you'll find one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and the third with three single beds, completing a total of 7 beds in the house with a capacity of 9 people. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with bidet, bathtub and rain shower. All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning and a wardrobe, and the beds have 2 pillows per person.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
This is a detached house, so you don't share common areas with other guests. It has a patio with a porch and another at the back of the house. On the porch, there's a barbecue that you can use as you please. If you prefer, you can park your car on the porch or in the street to leave the space free for your use. In the backyard, there's a small swimming pool for summer use, although it hasn't yet been installed. In the living room there's a router for connecting to Wi-Fi, which is high-speed and free. On arrival, the beds will be made up, there will be one shower towel per person and the bathrooms will be equipped with towels and shower mats. In the bathrooms, there will be courtesy hygiene products, such as toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. In the kitchen, there will be courtesy products such as coffee capsules, milk, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar and towels. These products are courtesy items and will not be replaced during your stay. There will also be cleaning products, such as dish soap and other cleaning products (except washing machine soap). There is no daily maid service or change of bed linen and towels, but for stays of 8 nights or more, an extra set of sheets and towels will be left at no extra charge. If required, a cot and high chair can be provided for a small child (under 2). During your stay, additional services can be requested, such as apartment cleaning, periodic cleaning for longer stays, change of sheets and towels and extra towels. These services have an additional cost and must be requested well in advance.
You can bring your pet home to share the room with you, but bear in mind that a pet fee of €40 per booking will apply.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
Here are the 5 house rules:
No smoking inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors and avoid making noise late at night and during nap times (11:00 pm to 9:00 am and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm). Parties are forbidden.
Put your garbage in the garbage cans on the street before you leave, and we'll tell you where the nearest garbage can is.
Use the air conditioner and fireplace sparingly, only when you're in the house, and turn them off when you leave. You'll be helping the environment and keeping the equipment in good condition.
Leave the dishwasher running before you leave to keep your home hygienically clean.
It is important that you provide your phone number and e-mail upon arrival and if necessary, we can contact you via the booking channel application. Access to the house is via a code that we will provide prior to your arrival. They must also provide information on all guests over the age of 16, including a photo of their ID card or passport and a selfie photo to verify guest identity.
We offer an Early Check in / Late Check out service in our house, subject to availability. If you wish to enter the apartment before the time set for handing over the keys (3:00 pm) on the day of your arrival, we can offer you Early Check-in for a small supplement of €30.00, subject to availability, for entries before 2:00 pm Similarly, if you need to make a late departure on the day of your departure (after 11:00 am), we can offer you Late Check-out, subject to availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for late departures. at 12:00 pm. Please note that the maximum stay in the apartment is 18:00.
If you require an invoice for your stay, simply fill in the tax details and we'll send it to you by email on the day of your departure.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
In the vicinity of the house, you'll find several small supermarkets open even on Sundays. You'll find bread, soft drinks, sausages and basic products. At the entrance to Villamanrique via Pilas, there's a larger DIA supermarket. In the neighboring municipality of Pilas (7 kilometers away), there's a MERCADONA, which could be a good option for longer stays.
We can recommend a few restaurants, such as Venta Mauro, located at the entrance to the famous Raya Real, about 5 kilometers from the house. The Ardea Purpurea also has a good restaurant. On the Plaza de España, there are several bars where you can enjoy the terrace with a good beer and some tapas.
In town, you'll find pharmacies, cafeterias, food deliveries and even a magnificent churrería for breakfast. There are also banks in case you need to use the ATM.
If there's anything that sets this area apart, it's Doñana National Park, a biosphere reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Doñana National Park is a mosaic of ecosystems that harbor a biodiversity unique in Europe. Above all, the marshes are of extraordinary importance as a stopover, breeding and wintering ground for thousands of European and African birds. Unique and critically endangered species such as the Iberian imperial eagle and the Iberian lynx live in the park. Doñana is the confluence of a range of ecosystems (beach, dunes, reserves, marshes...) that give this Park its unique personality.
Villamanrique's location, 45 minutes from Seville, 20 minutes from El Rocío and 40 minutes from the beach at Matalascañas, offers a multitude of ways to enjoy this unique natural environment.
HOW TO GET THERE
The best option for getting to Villamanrique de la Condesa is by car, as it's a small town and not well served by public transport. From Seville, it can be reached in around 45 minutes on the A-49 towards Huelva, taking the Villamanrique de la Condesa exit. It can also be reached from Huelva via the A-49 freeway, taking the same exit.
Another option is to take a bus from Seville. There are several bus companies offering regular services from Seville to Villamanrique. Travel time is a little longer than by car, as there are stops along the way and buses are less frequent.
In summary, although the most comfortable and fastest option is by car, there are other ways of getting to Villamanrique de la Condesa, such as by bus.
