Description
This is a luxury loft with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is on the top floor with a double bed, wardrobe and space for an extra bed or crib. The second bedroom is on the first floor with two beds and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is also on the first floor, with a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary appliances, including a Nesspreso coffee machine and wine fridge. The loft is equipped with fiber Wifi, air conditioning, library, towel dryer, hairdryer and TV. The location is ideal, in the outer area of the historic center, close to the city's main monuments and with easy access to public transport, parking, supermarkets and pharmacies.
Parking in the neighborhood is possible, but not easy, as the blue zone has been implemented in the neighborhood streets, which is not compatible with city tours. For this reason, for those of you who come to Seville by car, we have a parking space available in a parking lot 2 minutes' walk from the apartment.
We generally recommend our guests not to rent a car when they arrive in the city, as they won't need one, as the monumental area is within walking distance of the apartment.

Services and common areasThis is a fully equipped loft for 6 people with unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the bathroom has a large shower and hairdryer. The apartment is close to the Mercado Puerta de la Carne, supermarkets and tapas bars and restaurants. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome and a cot and baby bath are provided free of charge. Some basic kitchen and bathroom items are also provided.
Other noteworthy aspectsTo comply with Andalusia's tax and regulatory obligations, and to guarantee guests' rights, a rental contract will be signed detailing the conditions of the stay, including price, check-in and check-out times, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc. This contract is based on the house rules and other specifications included in the advert, and is also based on Andalusian tourism regulations. If you wish to consult the contract before your arrival, please request it and a copy will be sent to you by e-mail. The contract will specify the rights and obligations of the owner and guests in accordance with Andalusian tourism regulations.

Parking conditions included
The parking lot we provide for our guests is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The entrance to the parking lot is on Calle Bartolomé de Medina. It's a private parking lot, so it's safe and comfortable. Parking is available to our customers FREE OF CHARGE. If you decide not to park your car for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund or reduction in the price of your accommodation.
