SUMMARY
This spacious apartment is located on the top floor of a century-old building in the heart of the authentic Triana district. Its four balconies overlooking the street and its 31 m² terrace give it an incredible amount of light. The large terrace overlooks the parish of Santa Ana and Seville Cathedral, and is equipped with patio furniture, an artificial grass floor, a motorized awning and a shower for cooling off in summer. Equipped with air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, smart TV, microwave, oven, cot, baby bath and high chair, to make your stay in Seville comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, including one in the double bedroom. Ample parking included in the price, in a neighboring building.
THE SPACE
The apartment is located on the second floor of a century-old building in the Barrio de Triana, Seville's most unique district. The building has only 3 apartments and no hidden [hidden] is located in a very quiet area but very close to Seville's monumental district (just 10 minutes' walk from the Torre del Oro). It's a very quiet area, as there are no noisy businesses in the area[hidden] The apartment is very comfortable in every respect. It is distributed over two floors. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and on the upper floor the living room, kitchen, toilet and terrace. This layout makes it ideal for couples traveling together or families. The living room and kitchen open onto the magnificent terrace through two large glass openings that extend both spaces outwards. The terrace is for the exclusive use of the apartment's guests. The living room has two sofas and a dining table for 6 people. It has a Smart TV with Netflix pre-installed. If you're a Netflix user, you can use your code to enjoy your series and[hidden] kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There are enough cooking utensils for 7 people. We have wine glasses and a dishwasher for cleaning kitchen utensils. We'll leave you some shelves for the dishwasher. We also have a washing machine but you must bring your own [hidden] bedrooms are spread out on the lower level of the house. The master bedroom is the largest, measuring about 20 m². It has a bathroom with shower accessible from inside the room. This room is furnished with a comfortable Queen-size bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The other two bedrooms have 2 comfortable single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. All bedrooms have wardrobes and the beds are newly acquired (November 2021). The second bathroom has a bathtub and is accessible from the bedroom corridor. The hot water system is town gas, so it's unlimited and you won't run out of water[hidden] the apartment has hot/cold air conditioning equipment for independent units for each bedroom, living room and kitchen, so you can set the temperature differently in each room.COMMON SERVICES AND AREAS
This is a residential building permanently inhabited by people who have the right to live in harmony with visiting guests. We strongly ask you to respect the rest hours and to treat the common elements of the building with respect and [hidden] upon arrival you will find the beds made, a shower towel per person as well as a towel and a shower mat in the bathroom. In the bathroom, we will leave courtesy hygiene products, such as toilet paper rolls, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You'll also find courtesy products in the kitchen, such as coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar and towels. We will also leave cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap and various cleaning products (washing machine soap is excluded). All these bed and bath linens and products are complimentary and will not be restocked during your stay.During your stay, you can request apartment cleaning services, periodic cleaning for longer stays, linen and towel changes, extra towels, a babysitting service, a home care service or an approved PCR testing service for air travel. All these services come at an additional cost. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will leave an extra set of sheets and towels free of charge.GUEST CARE
We'll try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That's why we're going to ask you for two favors.1.- If you encounter any problems with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or building, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good review.2 - If, on arrival at the apartment, you notice a defect in the cleanliness or condition of the apartment, please inform us as soon as possible and we will rectify it as soon as possible.3If you have a problem in the city, a doubt about how to get something, need advice about Seville, etc., please let us know, we'll be happy to help.Our Check-in team will be reachable throughout your stay at [hidden]. For us, it's very important that everything is organized as soon as you arrive, but unforeseen circumstances always arise. We ask you to provide us with the telephone number you bring to Seville, as well as your email address so that we can contact you if necessary. It's very easy to communicate with us via WhatsApp or via the application of the platform you're usingFor key handover, you can choose the method that best suits your needs. You can request a face-to-face key handover and a member of our reception team will be waiting for you at the apartment. This option is available and free of charge between 3pm and 9pm. Outside these times, this face-to-face option costs €30.00. The second option is to enter the apartment with a code. This option is always free of charge. If you choose this option, we will contact you a few days before to provide you with information and request admission data.Early check-in / late check-out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.If on the day of your arrival in Seville you wish to enter the apartment before the time set for the handover of the keys (3:00 pm) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you early check-in for a small supplement of €30.00 for tickets before 2:00 pm. On the other hand, if on the day of your departure you need to check out late (after 11:00 a.m.) we can offer you the Late Check out service, subject to availability ONLY, for a small supplement of €30.00 for departures after 11:00 a.m.. The maximum check-out time is 12:00 a.m., although the maximum stay is 6:00 p.m.
HOUSE RULES :The apartment has 4 basic rules:1.- You can use everything you see in the apartment (utensils, food and drinks) but you must leave it in the same place and clean it before leaving (you can use the dishwasher with the shelves we will leave for you)2.- This is a NON SMOKING apartment. Please help us to keep the environment of the apartment clean.3.- Before leaving, we ask you to throw the garbage in the containers located in the street, this way we will avoid the appearance of insects in the apartment. 4 - Parties in the apartment are FORBIDDEN, as is noise and disturbing neighbors after 11:00 pm. We need your help to maintain a cordial coexistence with our neighbors. The Triana district is one of the main axes of Sevillian culture. Cradle of singers, dancers, artists and craftsmen, Triana is a district of master potters concentrated around the Plaza del Altozano, next to the Triana bridge. Our apartment is located in the authentic Triana district, very close to the Guadalquivir River, in Seville's historic center. The origins of the district go back in history to the time when the Roman legions set up camp here. The Almohads built a rudimentary bridge linking it to the city, later replaced by the popular Triana Bridge. San Jorge Castle, the famous Mercado de Triana, the church of Santa Ana, Calle Betis and the magnificent Triana Bridge are the most important monuments in this unique district of Seville.Our apartment is ideally situated to enjoy the Holy Week processions, the famous April Fair or a bullfight. In particular, the famous Esperanza de Triana takes place at dawn on Holy Thursday under the balconies of our apartment. From our apartment to the fair, it will only take 15 minutes to [hidden] unique establishments, with the aroma and flavor of the neighborhood, are within walking distance of our apartment, such as the grocery store 'La Antigua' or 'Casa Remensal', both on Calle Pureza, or the grocery store 'El Capricho ' also on the street. Calle Pureza, or the tavern 'La Plazuela' on the famous Plaza de Santa Ana. Next door to the building where the apartment is located is the famous fish fry 'Reina Victoria' and a magnificent 'Los Molinos' workshop that will delight the most [hidden] Calle Pages del Corro, you'll find up to 3 different supermarkets, including a Mercadona chain supermarket, open every day from 9.30am to 9.30pm except Sundays. Also on Plaza del Altozano, there's a Carrefour Express, open 365 days a year. This street is also served by public transportADRESSES
It's a quiet street, but at the same time very close to all the places of interest and surrounded by all the services you could possibly need, without having to resort to any means of transport other than your own legs, if you so wish. In any case, you're close to bus, cab and metro stops.To visit the city center, we recommend walking to the Torre del Oro.All the city's monuments are located in this [hidden] best and cheapest way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. The 'Torre del Oro' stop is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. If you wish, I can send you a map with directions from the bus stop to the apartment. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is just outside the airport arrival area. The frequency is 23 minutes and it runs from 4:30 to 12:00. The fare is €4.00 per person per trip and the journey takes about 30 minutes to the 'Torre del Oro' stop.Airport cabs have a fixed fare from the airport to any point in the city. The fare varies according to the time of day (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm it costs €22.20. Other times €24.75) and the maximum number of passengers is [hidden] At the Santa Justa station, you need to take bus number 21 and get off at Torre del [hidden] there, walk to the apartment. You can also take a cab (which the taximeter will show + €1.40 surcharge), or, if you're arriving in Seville by AVE, be aware that you have a local train ticket included in each ticket. Take the line to San Bernardo (one stop only). When you leave the San Bernardo station, go to the metro and take the line towards Ciudad Expo and get off at the 'Plaza de Cuba' stop and from there it's a 3-minute walk to the apartment.
