The Aspen residence is 700m from the parking lots.
Apartment 4, over 190 m², 7 rooms, for 12 people, has been designed to offer you a unique experience:
- L'attique (66 m²): The entrance door opens onto the living area, where you'll find a vast lounge to relax by the fireplace, anchored in a stone wall. The large picture windows offer an exceptional view of the surrounding landscape. To take in even more of this bewitching natural spectacle, lounge on the large balcony. A large kitchen opens onto the dining room, where you can gather for a cosy meal. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guest WC and storage space are also provided.
- First floor (62 m²): The two suites and the bright bedroom, with double beds (160x200), offer all the comfort you need in a warm, peaceful atmosphere. The sleek design combines modernity with a mountain spirit to enhance your relaxation. The bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet only enhances this feeling. Both suites have en-suite showers. One of the suites and the bedroom have their own balcony. A second separate toilet is located on this floor.
- Ground floor (62m²): Two spacious bedrooms and a suite that will become your cocoon from the moment you arrive. One of the bedrooms has an 80x200 bunk bed, ideal for 2 young people. The others are equipped with 160x200 double beds. There's a bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet, with optimum design and equipment to ensure you have an excellent stay. The suite also has its own shower room and terrace.
Each bedroom and living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Wifi internet access is available. The apartment is non-smoking.
A 400m² common floor accessible exclusively to the occupants of the 5 apartments in the residence. Warm up in the gym, then relax in the luxuriously designed heated indoor pool and stainless steel SPA. A hammam and massage cabin are also available (please ask the concierge to book your treatments). And let's not forget the vast ski-room with private boot, glove and helmet warmers, giving you direct access to the ski slopes.

The residence is close to the historic Dromonts square and its shops, as well as to the resort center and children's village. Ski access is direct to the Arare sector and nearby Switzerland.
