In the commune of Mudaison, we offer you this charming, partly air-conditioned 250 m² stone village house for rent, which can accommodate up to 14 guests. Located on two levels (no elevator), it comprises a 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 75 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A large living room of 45 m² with TV and DVD player, a fireplace (first flambé provided), a sitting area and a large dining room of 20 m².
- A fully-equipped open kitchen including: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine with beans
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: A double bed (140×190) with a bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: A single bed and another single bed on the mezzanine floor
- Bedroom 4: One pull-out bed (sleeps two) and one bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Two bathrooms with bathtub
- Separate WC
Second floor :
- Bedroom 5: One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 6: Double sofa bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes line, fans.
Babies are also welcome: two high chairs, dedicated crockery, two umbrella beds with mattresses, deckchair, bathtub, playpen, car seat. For children and older, toys and board games are available, as well as a wide selection of books and magazines.
Outside:
- An enclosed south-east/south-west-facing garden of approx. 60 m² with furniture to enjoy on sunny days. A barbecue, deckchairs and parasols are available.
- A 12 m² terrace with furniture
Mudaison is close from beaches (20 minutes), major shopping areas, Montpellier and the charming tourist sites of the Hérault hinterland make it a very well-located and well-served village.
Activities:
- Various sports: Tennis, table tennis, skate park...
- An open-access stadium for soccer and 3 playgrounds for children.
- The former cooperative cellar has been converted into an auditorium, offering evening entertainment and films.
- Just outside Mudaison is the irrigation canal, whose banks have been converted into a cycle path.
- Nearby, you can enjoy water sports or visit Montpellier.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle). There is plenty of free parking nearby.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Baillargues train station, 5 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Montpellier Fréjorgues airport, 20 minutes away by car.

- The main staircase is accessible and very practical, but does not have a ramp. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has a mezzanine accessible via a small, rather steep wooden staircase.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
