This modern, fully-equipped apartment, located south of Bourges in the peaceful Val d'Auron district, is ideal for a relaxing break for the whole family. It's also ideal for business trips and telecommuting, with the option of long-term rental.
Take the opportunity to visit Bourges and its historic center, its cathedral, its marshes... The Val d'Auron offers many leisure activities.
The house comprises a large living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (one with a study), bathroom, separate toilet and storeroom. It can accommodate up to 6 people, thanks to an extra bed in the living room.
The house is fully equipped and offers a range of services, including wifi access, Netflix, Disney + and SFR TV.
There's a large garden with furniture at the back of the house and a small garden at the front.
Bus stop 50 meters away, shops and services 5 minutes away by car. A 5-minute walk takes you to the lake, where you can enjoy cycling (circuit leading to the town center), walking, swimming..., basketball and tennis courts with free access, skate park, children's playground... A great quality of life just a few minutes from the town center! The kitchen is equipped with a 6-person table with chairs and several work surfaces, including an island. The second bedroom has a convertible double bed (good quality bedding) and a desk, ideal for telecommuting (bright, quiet room).
