The house is on one level and fully air-conditioned, with 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room (one with bath), a large double living room overlooking the pool, a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a utility room. The tour continues on to the shaded terrace, ideal for summer barbecues, overlooking the 5x11 swimming pool secured by a roller shutter. The French-style garden is perfect for strolling and relaxing throughout the day. There's no doubt about it, the ideal vacation is in this magnificent house in the heart of the village of Maussane les Alpilles!
Cleaning and linen included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Taxes not included in the price (5.76€ x number of adults x number of nights); Deposit: 4,000€ to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only before moving in.
