In La Rabatelière, close to the Puy-du-Fou, we are offering for rent this magnificent 300 m² luxury loft, fully renovated and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a lovely 150 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 3,000 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- 150 m² private winter garden with furniture

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in La Rabatelière, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private, enclosed garage.
