Welcome to Platja d'Aro, an ideal destination for your next vacation, or to take a few days of disconnection near the sea!Charming and comfortable holiday apartment of 40m2 at 10 minutes walk from the beach and 200m from the shopping area and restaurants.
Fully equipped, it has elevator, terrace and large communal pool, and a small one for children.
The apartment is distributed in a master bedroom with double bed, the living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor terrace.
Our apartment is located in a quiet area, with supermarkets next door, cab rank 100 meters and 2 minutes from a large free public parking. Really very well located.
We respect the tranquility of the neighbors so we do not accept reservations to organize parties of any kind.
*Minimum age 28 years old.
*We would like you to inform us well in advance of the time of your arrival.
*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).
In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.
*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.
