Completely renovated in February 2020, this reverse duplex apartment of approx. 55m2 is located on the 8th and 9th floors of the Alpages 1 residence and offers top-quality amenities, classified in the prestige category. Beds made on arrival, mid-stay cleaning, bathroom linen included.
The entrance hall is located on the 9th floor and features a large main room with a beautiful open kitchen with granite worktop. It is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and ceiling-mounted extractor hood, as well as a guest WC. Professional NESPRESSO machine; special capsules are sold at our office.
The dining room opens onto a west-facing balcony that extends to a large living room with a 2-person 160x190cm sofa bed and a 40" TV.
