In Orcières, we offer this charming 26 m² apartment with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 26 m² living room, fitted kitchen, mezzanine area and bathroom.
The apartment is composed as follows
- 26 m² living room with TV and a double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A mezzanine area with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom
- Separate WC
Exterior :
- A 4m2 balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Orcières, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are close at hand.
Activities :
- Hiking from the residence and all kinds of activities (skiing, sledging, snowboarding, zip-lining, snowshoeing, dog sledding, swimming pool, skating rink, cinema, bowling).
- The Orcières ski resort is just 1km from the accommodation.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's free private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Gap, about 45 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Grenoble, 2h30 away by car.
