In Argelès-sur-Mer, a 10-minute drive from the beach, this 40 m² semi-detached house with shared pool can accommodate up to 7 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a 30 m² garden.

The apartment is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the maisonette's patio (private parking space). Free public parking nearby.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-Mer train station, 15 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, 33 min by car.
Other remarks :
- Pets are allowed free of charge in the accommodation (one cat or dog per stay).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
