Beautiful 19th-century residence, 280 m2, comfortably accommodating 15 guests, with 7 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms (showers/washbasins) and one bathroom (shower and bath), 2 toilets (one washbasin) and 3 WCs. At the rear of the property, a beautiful wooded park not overlooked.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, dining/living room and toilet, plus a very large master bedroom with shower room and toilet.
The second floor comprises 5 bedrooms:
one bedroom with toilet, queen-size bed,
a second bedroom with double and single beds and en-suite shower room
a third with double bed and shower room
a fourth with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom

As the new owners of this magnificent residence, we are delighted to welcome you to our 19th-century manor house in Montier en Der, Champagne, just 10 minutes from Europe's largest man-made lake. To delight your taste buds, Dominique, caterer for 30 years, offers his services. On your arrival, ClaudeAnnie, winemaker, will be delighted to offer you a tasting of her Champagne from the LAMOUREUX Jean-Jacques brand in Les Riceys, an hour from Montier-en-der.
This charming residence, with its wooded grounds, is perfect for family reunions or small seminars. The rooms are spacious, and we've deliberately kept the "family home" feel, with its large "old-fashioned" kitchen.
. Outside, young and old alike can enjoy the heated above-ground swimming pool, open from May 1 to September 30, as well as a ping-pong table, a games area (apparatus) and a trampoline.
Inside, enjoy a game of billiards or relax by the fire in the large lounge, or with a board game. There are plenty of games and books for children.

IMPORTANT: 7-day minimum rental in July/August and 2/3-day minimum rental the rest of the year, depending on the season.
Pets allowed, please let us know in advance, maximum 2. Household linen (tea towels, tablecloths, 15 towels and 15 bath sheets) and bed linen included in the price of the stay.
Deposit of €1000 payable on arrival.
Deposit of €100 for pets.
Heating costs not included: €30/day on average. Fuel consumption 5L/H, cost according to market price.
We hand over the keys at the agreed time.
