Villa Lighthouse is the dreamed holiday villa that everybody definitely could wish for. This fantastic rental holiday house can be found in the Northern part of Mallorca, more specifically in Alcanada and about 54 kilometers to the main city Palma.

There are not enough words to describe this fine and well-designed mansion on the seashore of the clear blue water Mediterranean Sea. Besides its great space, this precious villa is luminous and modern, aiming to fulfill all the needs our visitors might have. Its exquisite decoration with an air of Mediterranean style will surely enchant our guests!

The villa offers an optimal comfort for up to 8 guests and it happens to be ideal for families, as the space of the house and the outdoors is large and really safe!

The dwelling is placed on a one 350 square meter spacious floor. The layout of the house, which is distributed between two floors, consisted of four double bedrooms, a dining and living room, three bathrooms, a huge modern kitchen connected to a cute terrace, and the outdoors.

The comfortable bedrooms are luminous since all of them have a big window in order to let the sunshine in. There are two double-bed rooms, a bedroom with twin beds and for the little ones, there is a bunk bed too with enough supplies to ensure their fun. Bed linen, as well as towels, is available. WiFi is provided in all the areas.

The enormous bathrooms are endowed with big bathtubs, just perfect to chill while having a foamy bath.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the devices our guests might need such as dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. it is connected to the terrace in case of wanting to have dinner overlooking the sea. In this zone, a little dining area can be found that could be very handy. In addition, there is a second dining area right next to the living room, where you can enjoy the views and the light that comes in.

The living room, which has been delicately decorated, has very large and comfortable couches and it is connected to the terrace too. A DVD player is provided in order to make our tenants feel at home.

The noteworthy yard has a big private swimming pool, suitable for those who seek privacy. Deck chairs are all over the house to enjoy the sun and the stunning views to the sea.

To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

The Neighborhood:
The location of Villa Lighthouse is well-known for being in a peaceful and privileged setting by the seaside. Bars, restaurants, and shops are all over the municipality. Not to mention the amazing views that one can enjoy from the beach bars. However, you will really love to visit the lively cities of Alcudia and Puerto Alcudia, which are really close by. Alcudia, not only offers a huge variety of activities, a precious maritime promenade, but also a rich cultural heritage. It is worth strolling around the old town and visiting its historical walls from the Medium Age and its houses dating back to the 13th century.

Nevertheless, the visitor would like to know that Alcudia, far from being an agglomerate and badly cared for place, has made efforts to preserve the area and the environment. The municipal authorities have strictly controlled the development of Alcudia, resulting in the construction of a well-distributed hotel complex and in balance with the surroundings. Due to its family friendly, welcoming and warm atmosphere, many tourists from all over Europe are attracted to visit these surroundings, being one of the most cosmopolitan of the island.

In summary, Villa Lighthouse happens to be a great place for dreamed holidays as the surroundings offer a huge variety of activities for all kinds of tastes. Amusement and recreation are guaranteed for everybody!
