You'll be staying in the Quartier de la Nouvelle Ville, with direct links to Metz's Ancienne Ville district. Free evening parking is available along the street at the foot of the building.
You'll be just a 5-minute walk from the TGV train station, a 16-minute walk from major tourist attractions such as the Centre Pompidou, the Muse shopping mall and Les Arènes sports and activity center, and a 15-minute walk from the historic city center.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. It is entirely private at the time of booking. The owner has designed a warm and friendly atmosphere for your comfort.
The apartment is ideally suited for 2 to 4 travelers, whether families with or without children, professionals on business trips or friends coming to enjoy the comfort of a fully renovated apartment close to the city center.
One of the apartment's bedrooms is equipped with a desk, offering a practical workspace for those who wish to work remotely (thanks to the fiber-optic wifi connection included in your stay).
It also has a washing machine, a real plus for longer stays.

Es ist eine sehr gemütliche, neu renovierte Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage in Zentrumsnähe (Kathedrale in ca. 20min zu Fuß). Die Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind gut, allerdings gibt es wenig Geschirr an sich und das Spülen per Hand gestalte sich wegen der fehlenden Ablagefläche als schwierig. In der Küche kann man leider Ofen und Dunstabzugshaube nicht gleichzeitig einschalten, da sonst die Sicherung rausfliegt. Für Reisende mit dem Auto: Das Parken vor der Unterkunft kostet 1€ pro Stunde und muss für die Zeiträume 9-12 Uhr und 14-19 Uhr außer an Sonn und Feiertagen bezahlt werden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen, wenn man sich 3-4 Tage lang Metz anschauen möchte.
