Villa Harmony 1 is located on the island of Hvar, a place where you will find a piece of Dalmatian magic and peace that you deserve. If you are looking for crystal clear sea, lots of sun and the scent of Mediterranean plants, then the island of Hvar is the perfect choice for you! The villa has an area of 386 m2, is built in a modern style and is located only 20 m from the Adriatic Sea and pebble beach. The maximum available capacity is 10 persons, accommodated in 5 bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and bathtub. You can also use the washing machine, dryer and iron, which are located in a separate room. A baby crib is also available upon request. On the first floor there is a modern living room with TV and 3 sofas. There are sea views from both the living room and the bedrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a table for 10 people. If needed, you can also use the additional kitchen. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms are already listed, while the 5th bedroom is located on the first floor. On the large terrace you will be greeted by a luxurious pool of 44 m2, with 10 sun loungers for complete relaxation and unwinding with your favorite reading. During your stay you can also use the outdoor gas grill and prepare delicious meat or fish dishes in the pleasant company of your loved ones. The villa is fully fenced and there are 3 parking spaces available in the yard. A special advantage of your stay at Villa Harmony 1 is the public beach, a part of which is reserved exclusively for the users of Villa Harmony 1, while the rest of the beach is available for other guests and swimmers. On this beautiful beach right in front of the villa, sunbeds and deckchairs are also available. Villa Harmony 1 has a sister villa, Villa Harmony 2, located right next to it. Both villas have a similar floor plan. The offer includes a beautiful terrace with infinity pool.
