Beautiful Villa Magic Sunset is located on the island of Hvar, the island of sun and lavender. It is an island that holds the title of the most beautiful and attractive island in Europe. Thanks to its interesting history and rich cultural heritage, Hvar is now more famous than ever. It has been visited by foreign and domestic tourists for years, as it is considered the sunniest Croatian island with over 2700 hours of sunshine a year. From Villa Magic Sunset you will have a view of the calm sea and you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Built in 2020 in a modern architectural style, the villa has 180 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for a maximum of 7, optimally six people. On the first floor of the villa there is a living room with a sofa, a table, two armchairs and a TV. Next to the living room there is an exit to the terrace, where there is a seating area with a table and armchairs. On the first floor there is also a modern kitchen, dining room with a table for six people and a separate toilet. The villa offers sea view from the living room, kitchen and one bedroom. On the outdoor terrace, a 25 m² and 1.35 m deep swimming pool awaits you, where you can refresh yourself pleasantly during the day and at night in summer. Next to it are three sun loungers. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, while the other two rooms have a shared bathroom with a shower. You can prepare delicious meals not only in the kitchen, but also on the outdoor gas grill and taste them at the outdoor dining table with seating for six. The villa is fully fenced and offers three private parking spaces in the yard. A beautiful panoramic view of the island of Hvar is at your disposal and if you feel like exploring, you can take long walks through the streets of Hvar, swim at the beaches and we recommend Tvrdalj, a small Renaissance castle with a pond and a park from the 16th century, created by the Croatian poet Petar Hektorovi?
