Villa Arte is located on the island of Hvar in the town of Stari Grad, which is visited every year by a large number of curious tourists who want to have a nice annual vacation and cheerful get-together with their family or a group of friends. The island of Hvar is a famous tourist destination that will surely take your breath away! Villa Arte was built in 2022 in a rustic architectural style and offers its guests 160 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 400 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, optimally 6 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and the third room with 2 single beds. As an additional bed there is also a foldable futon for two people (80x200). The villa also has 3 private bathrooms, two of them with shower, one with bathtub and a separate toilet. If children come on vacation, you can use a feeding trough and a baby crib. The living room consists of a sofa, an armchair and a TV. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Pleasant refreshment can be found on the outdoor terrace in the heated pool of 29 m2, 1.4 meters deep, which has hydrolysis as an additional functionality. Next to the pool there are 5 deck chairs where you can relax and read your favorite book in peace. On the terrace you can also use a charcoal or wood grill outside. The yard of the villa is fenced and has 4 private parking spaces, there is also another outdoor space. Relax and surrender to the charm of the island of Hvar, listen to the magical sounds of folk singers, enjoy the delicious gastronomic offer of traditional taverns and immerse yourself in the clean and clear Adriatic Sea.
