Holiday Home Zeleno Jezero is located in Ba?inski jezeri, just a few kilometers from Plo?e. They consist of seven lakes, which are home to numerous species of plants and animals. Besides the biodiversity, the lakes also have a rich past and it is known that the ancient Roman settlement Praetoria existed in this place. If you want to escape the stressful lifestyle and treat yourself and your family to complete tranquility, this villa is for you! This fully air-conditioned, modern beauty was built in 2018 and offers everything you need for the perfect vacation! You have 375 m2 of living space at your disposal, and the total area of the property is 850 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. Guests will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and one with a double bed and a single bed. Besides, each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. There is also a spacious living room with a corner sofa, ideal for watching your favorite movies or series. Next to it there is a dining room with a dining table and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. On the outdoor terrace you can refresh yourself in the heated pool of 30 m² and 1.5 m deep. Next to it there are 7 sun loungers for sunbathing. Prepare delicious meals for family and friends on the outdoor gas grill and taste them at the covered outdoor dining table. You can relax your mind and body in the sauna and spend romantic evenings watching the sunset from the hot tub, located on the upper terrace. There is also an outdoor seating area, perfect for drinking your morning coffee or reading your favorite book. During your stay you can use the washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as 2 separate toilets. By prior arrangement and upon request, there is a possibility to use a feeding trough and a baby crib. Holiday Home Zeleno Jezero has a fenced garden, so children can play and have fun without worries, and a beautifully landscaped garden. There are 2 private parking spaces available in the yard. You can also use 3 kayaks and 4 bicycles, which are included in the price. According to legends, the Illyrian goddess Teuta worshipped the lakes, which is why the Ba?in Lakes are also called 'Pearls of Queen Teuta'. Today, the lakes are one of the few places on the Adriatic coast where you can enjoy peace and quiet even in the middle of the tourist season. A bike and foot path connects six lakes and some of the most popular activities on the lakes are: Panoramic excursions by traditional boat, kayaking and paddleboarding. *Possible delivery of fresh fish, and all guests receive a welcome gift! *Transfer organization will be charged extra.
