Beautiful villa Kameni dvori, built in a rustic style, is a monumental building restored to the latest standards of modern luxury. Located in the beautiful maritime town of Sveti Filip i Jakov near the urban centre of Zadar, this villa will provide a dream holiday that you have long dreamed of.
Accommodation capacity for a total of 6 people, the villa has two bedrooms with double beds and one extra bed suitable for two people.
The ground floor of the villa has a modern kitchen, dining room and living room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the first floor there is a spacious balcony equipped with a covered deck chair, coffee table and chairs where you are sure to enjoy a relaxed summer afternoon.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful pool of 6x3m large and 1.5 m deep. Additional pool equipment includes the option of heating and cooling, and countercurrent swimming. There are four sun loungers around the pool, and there is also an outdoor dining table as well as outdoor charcoal grill.
The courtyard of the villa is surrounded by a high stone wall which will give you a feeling of isolation from the surrounding world, where you will be able to enjoy the peace and privacy. There are also two parking spaces available.
The small picturesque Dalmatian town of Sveti Filip i Jakov delights with its charm and relaxed Mediterranean simplicity. Walking the cobbled streets and long pebble beaches represent real holiday for body and soul away from the city noise and bustle.
All those looking for a dynamic holiday will surely enjoy the many water sports and other interesting activities such as amusement parks or a tour of the many national parks and nature parks that can be found in the vicinity of the villa. There are a total of 8 national parks and 11 nature parks in Croatia, which also means that 10% of the territory is a protected heritage.
In addition to swimming and diving, in Sv. Filip and Jakov, you will also be able to experience surfing and windsurfing. You can also try a ride in a semi-submarine from which you can see the beautiful world of marine flora and fauna in the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. In the nearby town of Biograd na Moru, there is also an adventure amusement park that will delight the youngest with its diverse thematic offer.
This city is known for its very active nightlife in the summer months but also for its beautiful and clean beaches. Biograd na Moru is a city that has historically been the royal capital. For example, here in 1102 the Austro-Hungarian king Koloman was crowned.
If you prefer to explore the natural beauty, do not miss to visit the Krka National Park, which delights with beautiful waterfalls and biodiversity. The sea coast also contains many beautiful islands, and from the diverse offer of boat trips, a trip to the Kornati stands out.
Kornati National Park is a group of islands of extremely interesting geomorphology and biodiversity, and its name comes from the Latin word 'corona', which means crown. This yacht paradise has a total of 89 islands, islets, and reefs. According to legend, the Kornati were formed when God created the world, and he scattered the remnants of white rocks over his shoulder into the sea to eventually arrange them. But he liked what he saw and today this beautiful group of islands represents a jewel of the Adriatic.
