The town of Nin, near Zadar, is considered one of the founding places of Croatian culture and the oldest town in Croatia. This idyllic place is located on a shallow bay, so healthy air, healing mud on the Queen's Beach and good swimming opportunities make Nin extremely popular as a tourist destination. Near the villa Dona is one of the many beautiful sandy-pebble beaches Ždrijac, which with its unusual shape hides the old town of ancient Nin.
On the first floor of the modern villa Dona there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with a bathroom with ensuite shower. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic and the Zadar islands. On the ground floor there is a living room with a spacious sofa where you can enjoy the home cinema or PlayStation 4. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen there is an island with bar stools, and indoor and outdoor dining with 8 seats. Next to the outdoor dining room is a beautiful swimming pool with heating and comfortable loungers from which you can observe the Nin landscape. You can also enjoy this beautiful view from the two upstairs bedrooms, the living room and the wellness area.
