Beautiful villa Beachfront Kor?ula is located in the fabulous town of Vela Luka on the island of Kor?ula and will enchant you with its location, as it is only 20 meters away from the clean Adriatic Sea, where you will surely love to swim and swim relax on deck chairs. This villa is ideal for a family vacation or a group of best friends who are looking for fun and luxury at the same time. Villa Beachfront Kor?ula was built in 2020 and renovated in 2021 in a contemporary architectural style. It offers guests 235 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 480 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, who will be accommodated in 6 bedrooms with double beds, 3 of which are on the first floor and the remaining 3 on the upper floor. There are also 4 separate bathrooms with showers, two of which are on the lower floor and two on the upper floor. The villa is designed to consist of 4 smaller buildings, each containing a kitchen, a dining room with dining table and a living room with sofa, dresser and TV. You will also be amazed by the view of the sea from all the living rooms belonging to the rooms. On the terrace there is a common dining table for 10 people and a special feature is the heated swimming pool, 24 m2 in size and 1.6 meters deep. Next to it there are sun loungers for sunbathing, there is also an outdoor kitchen and a charcoal or wood grill outside where you can prepare delicious traditional fish or meat dishes. Children and adults can have fun playing table soccer or table tennis, there are also darts. If needed, you can use a baby crib, and other facilities include a washing machine and an iron. If you come to the villa with your own boat, a mooring (kolpo morto) of up to 12 meters is available. There are 4 parking spaces outside the yard and a 500 meter dirt road leads to the villa. *If you are a fan of adrenaline and fun, kayaks and SUPs are available for an extra charge. The charming town of Vela Luka is located in the bay in the western part of the island of Kor?ula. It is an unforgettable combination of rich history and culture, beautiful nature and crystal clear sea. From Split you can easily reach Vela Luka by catamaran or ferry and it is a great starting point if you want to explore this part of the Mediterranean. You will definitely find something for yourself and have fun with your family and friends.
