The villa's spacious covered terrace features an outdoor dining table overlooking the impressive and magnificent overflow hydromassage pool (68 m²), where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in complete privacy at any time of the day or night. For those seeking relaxation, an Xbox console is included in the villa's entertainment package, while you can relax and unwind in the sauna. The fully fenced 1800 m2 yard offers 3 private parking spaces. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people aged 21 years or younger. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
