Enjoy the perfect vacation with your family in luxury villa Tina in Privlaka, only 18 km from the city of Zadar and 3 km from the royal city of Nin. Modern villa Tina with an area of 510 m2 is situated in a perfect location, only 120 m from the beautiful sandy or rocky beach. Privlaka is a famous place for surfing, which makes it an even more attractive tourist destination for those seeking an adrenaline and sports vacation. Villa Tina is ideal for twelve guests. It is divided into two parts, more precisely into two houses with complete equipment, connected by an underground part, but completely at the guests' disposal. In one part of the villa there are two single rooms with four beds, in the other part there are four rooms with double beds. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and the villa also has a separate toilet. All rooms facing south or east offer a perfect and relaxing view of the wide and transparent Adriatic Sea. The villa has two charming and heated pools of 28 m2 and 15 m2. Next to both pools you can relax on deck chairs and enjoy the view of nature to refresh yourself during the day or at night. In the courtyard of the villa there is a large and covered outdoor table for twelve people, where you and your family can enjoy in complete privacy delicious dishes prepared on the outdoor grill that we provide. Next to the smaller pool there is another table for eight guests. On the first floor there are two cozy living rooms with TV and sofas. The sofa also serves as an extra bed for two people. Two modern kitchens have dining areas with a table for six people. If you arrive with children, a feeder and a baby crib are available. The fully fenced villa also offers 6 parking spaces outside the courtyard and provides accommodation for younger groups of friends, who will surely enjoy the spaciousness to which they can return at any time, as the villa is available all year round. If you are a sporty type, the villa offers a small gym with basic workout facilities, a separate billiards room and a sauna for luxurious post-workout relaxation. If you come to Privlaka with your own boat, we also offer a private fixed mooring for a boat up to 10 meters. Pets are allowed only on request. Privlaka is a tourist resort thanks to numerous sandy bays, and in the town of Nin, only 3 km away, there is a sandy Queen's Beach, where there is healing mud, known for its many minerals, and the whole treatment on the beach very relaxing. You can also try fishing, cycling, diving and horseback riding. Come and enjoy Privlaka, a place with mild Mediterranean climate and 2,540 hours of sunshine a year!
