Charming, newly built Villa Patrick is located in the town of Pazin and offers a quiet, peaceful environment in the heart of Istria. The villa is completely fenced and offers absolute privacy. You can try the zip line, the Pazin?ica stream where you can also go swimming on hot summer days, many churches, nature parks etc. The villa can accommodate 8 people and has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional bathroom on the first floor. The entire villa has underfloor heating and each room is air-conditioned to make your stay as comfortable as possible in any season. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and connected to the living room, where you can relax by the fireplace and overlook the terrace with private pool. Outside the villa there is also a playground with trampoline and slide for the kids, while the adults can enjoy their time preparing meals by the fireplace by the pool. All guests of the villa will receive a welcome package upon arrival to make their stay at this villa even more enjoyable. Maximum 8 people + 2 additional people can stay in the villa, but for an extra charge of 50 ? per person all year round.
