With a living area of 180 m2, Villa Kamen offers accommodation for a family or a group of friends with up to a maximum of 8 people. On the first floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, next to it a dining room with a table for eight people and a large living room with TV, sofa and coffee table. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one room is equipped with two single beds and the other three with one double bed each. There is also a TV in each room. In addition, Villa Kamen is equipped with three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite, and has a separate toilet. Other facilities offered for use include a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. The fully air-conditioned Villa Kamen has a covered outdoor terrace with a barbecue, made of stone as well as the villa itself, and a dining table. Next to it is a 40 m² swimming pool with 6 sun loungers for complete relaxation and enjoying the summer sun. In the courtyard of Villa Kamen there are three private parking spaces and one outside. Younger groups are allowed by prior arrangement. If you are traveling with children, Villa Kamen also has a crib and a food dispenser. Villa Kamen is located only 5 km from the town of Suko?an, a quiet place with long coasts and numerous bays, as well as clean and clear sea, surrounded by islands that extend into the National Park Kornati. Suko?an has a large marina of Dalmatia, a natural complex Tustica, many beaches and small campsites, historical buildings, olive groves and vineyards, hospitable people and tradition. It is a well-known destination for many tourists from all parts of Europe. The history of tourism in Suko?an began in the 1920s. At that time it was visited mainly by Czechs and Germans, who called the biggest beach in Suko?an ?children's paradise? Suko?an is a suitable place for windsurfing, bocce, fishing, diving, cycling and rafting on the river Zrmanja.
