Beautiful rustic Villa Velebita is located in the small town of Poljica, only 10.9 km from the royal town of Nin and 13 km from the historical town of Zadar. During your stay you will be surrounded by relaxing greenery and in the inner courtyard of the villa there is enough space for children to play and have fun. Treat yourself to a wonderful vacation and enjoy luxury in absolute privacy. Villa Velebita was built in 2022, it offers its guests 405 m2 of living space, the total area of the property is magnificent 4630 m2. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people and optimally 8. Guests are divided into 4 bedrooms, each of which has a double bed (180 x 200) and a TV. Three of the four listed rooms have private bathrooms with showers. Villa Velebita also has a regular bathroom, which also has a shower cabin. On the first floor there is a beautifully furnished living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a TV. Especially children will be delighted by the game console PlayStation, books and board games. Next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats, there is also a modern equipped kitchen with a bar, where there are 3 more bar stools. From the living room and the kitchen you can directly access the outdoor terrace, where you will be delighted by the heated pool of 32 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Next to the pool is a sunbathing lawn with 8 deckchairs where you can relax and enjoy the warm rays of the sun. You can also use umbrellas. Additional equipment for the pool are massage jets. Next to the pool there is also a wine cellar (tavern) with an indoor charcoal or wood grill. There you will surely prepare delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes and entertain yourself at a table with benches, next to which there is also a small kitchen. Here you can spend time with family and friends until late at night. There is also a smaller gym in the basement with several basic workout machines. Recreational facilities for children and adults include darts, slides, bikes, SUP and swings. During your stay at the villa you can also use additional facilities such as a feeder and baby crib, an iron and washing machine, and 2 separate toilets. There are also two extra beds available if needed (one bed is placed in the middle bedroom, while the other one is in the living room). The yard of the villa is completely fenced, there are olive trees in it, it offers you the privacy you expect, and you have 4 private parking spaces at your disposal, while there are two more outside the yard. A special comfort is also a charger for electric cars. Attractions and local activities worth trying include wine tours, water sports, rafting on the Zrmanja River, horseback riding and olive oil tours. Don't miss a visit to the aforementioned town of Nin and its salt pans, Fun Park Biograd or the tourist town of Zadar. There are a handful of restaurants and taverns where you can enjoy the most delicious food and award-winning wines that will please your palate! Poljica is a small tourist village, ideal for those who want to spend a quiet vacation on one of the rocky and pebble beaches. Since there is no nightlife here, those who want to have fun can go to the nearby town of Primo?ten, where one of the most popular clubs in Dalmatia is located ? Aurora. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people under 30 years of age. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a bachelor party, as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be the case upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
