A warm welcome awaits you at Le Fenil. Le Fenil is located on the second floor of a large converted barn and awaits your stay. You'll appreciate the spaciousness of the high ceilings and exposed beams. You can relax in the large open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The entire property is air-conditioned for optimum comfort when summer temperatures rise. Enjoy warm, balmy evenings on the private covered terrace. Both bedrooms are bright and spacious, with comfortable beds (1 double and 2 singles) and plenty of storage space. If you need a workspace, you'll also find it next to the living room. Le Fenil feels very private, but is located in a courtyard shared with other gîtes. You can also take a dip in the large saltwater pool or relax on the sun loungers while enjoying the magnificent view. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children and 1 baby. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. If you book more than six weeks in advance, we require a 25% deposit and the balance is payable six weeks before the start of the vacation. If you book less than six weeks in advance, full payment is required. Cancellation policy You can cancel your vacation and get a full refund up to 42 days before the vacation start date. After this date, full payment will be required.
