Beauregard is a former 19th-century alpine farmhouse set at an altitude of 1,300 m on 11 ha of mountain land. Situated in the small Bonnavaz valley, the farm enjoys an atypically tranquil location, in the heart of nature, like a refuge. This old farmhouse, now renovated, has its own spring (Potable) and generates its own electricity thanks to its solar and hydraulic power plant. The owner lives on site to ensure the autonomous operation of the Chalet / Refuge. It has 7 cosy guest rooms with private bathrooms equipped with toilets and showers. The farmhouse offers every modern comfort. Capacity: 12 people. A small, sunny and comfortable living room will welcome you for your moments of relaxation. Its wood-burning stove will provide you with soothing warmth. A wellness area with panoramic sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi offers a breathtaking view of the Roc d'enfer. A naturopathic practice and massage area complete the picture. The surrounding trails offer balconies overlooking the majestic Mont Blanc and Aravis massifs. You're on the edge of the Roc d'enfer Natura 2000 park (2,244 m), with its chamois, hinds and deer, mouflons, marmots, eagles and vultures.... In winter, Beauregard is only accessible on snowshoes; the parking lot is 1.5 km away. It's an easy 20-minute walk. Luggage and supplies are transported by snowmobile on arrival and departure. After the snow melts, the farm is accessible by car. Additional services such as breakfast and catering are available on request.
