We offer this charming 194 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Migron, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The home is composed as follows:
- An 80 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) overlooking the garden and pool.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), large dressing room and bathroom
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200) with shower room and toilet
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with shower room and wc
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) with shower room and wc
- Separate WC
Additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 12 m² swimming pool (private, unheated: from May 15 to October).

The house is ideally located in Migron, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost of €30 per person (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
