In Pringy, we offer you this charming 320 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool and jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises an attractive 90 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 900 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 90 m² triple living room with XXL sofa, armchairs and TV.
- The living area opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a central island, perfect for convivial moments.
- Fitness area equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, dumbbells, weight bench, punching bag, elliptical trainer, weight station and bench, and a hammam for post-exercise relaxation, featuring 5 relaxation programs with essential oils.
- A private cinema with a giant screen, Netflix, Canal+ and seven comfortable armchairs offers an exceptional cinematic experience.
- A vast indoor patio welcomes you with a comfortable sofa and table soccer for playful moments of relaxation. Immerse yourself in the pool/jacuzzi (max 5 people) 140 cm deep, with counter-current swimming, surrounded by lush greenery.

World-famous châteaux can be discovered in the region (Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Courances, Provins).
