Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, grocery 12 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 12 km, sandy beach 12 km. Golf course 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 39 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
