This modern villa with pool near Porec is ideal for families or a group of friends. Villa Pianta has 3 beautiful bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
On the first floor there is a cozy open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen as well as two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. Three charming bedrooms with double beds are also located on the first floor. The external stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is another cozy living room, a bathroom and a games room with a pool table and table tennis.
From the living area you have direct access to the beautiful, large, green garden, where you can relax on a sun lounger. In front of the villa there is a large and inviting pool where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days. The outdoor area also has a well-equipped summer kitchen with a charcoal barbecue and a dining area.
The terraces on the upper floor offer spectacular views of the Istrian countryside. Can you imagine enjoying your morning coffee there?
Youth groups are not allowed.Villa Pianta is located in a quiet area, in the small village of Susnjici. This offers a perfect location for your peaceful retreat from modern everyday life.
Nevertheless, it is only a short drive away from Istrian tourist centers and historical sites. Beaches are just a short drive from the villa and you can choose from a variety in the Porec region. In Porec you will find museums, galleries and many interesting city features. Porec is best known for the Euphrasian Basilica, one of the most beautiful architectural works of art in the world. The city also offers numerous clubs, bars and restaurants, especially in the summer months.
The streets are home to numerous galleries and exhibition spaces that preserve tradition in a modern way.
