Up to 16 people can stay here and enjoy the extraordinary luxury of three private pools. The largest pool resembles a private lake and has a charming garden pavilion where you can retreat and enjoy quiet moments.
Directly above is the infinity pool, which can be heated on request and is surrounded by a large terrace where you can soak up the Istrian sun on comfortable sun loungers.
On the lower ground floor of the main house, with direct access to the garden, is the third pool, which is an indoor pool, and a Jacuzzi. There is also a Finnish sauna and a hammam, which not only ensure your well-being and relaxation, but also promote circulation and improve breathing. The wellness area at Villa Ambiente offers everything you need to relax body and soul.
Of course, this luxury villa also has other special features. Enjoy a game of billiards or table soccer in the games room. A special treat for lovers of a good drop is the cozy cellar, which offers a wide selection of local drinks. Simply help yourself and pay for the drinks at a later date.
Stairs lead you to the first floor, where you will find the spacious, open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa. Here you will also find the dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows not only provide ample light, but also a wonderful view of the beautiful, green surroundings, while a combination of modern design, high-quality furnishings and the best materials creates a warm and luxurious atmosphere. There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed on the first floor. A further four bedrooms with TVs are air-conditioned and located on the second floor, all with en-suite bathrooms for maximum comfort.
Two further bedrooms can be found in the guest house, which is characterized by an open plan living and dining area with kitchen and direct access to the infinity pool. Enjoy the benefits of a professionally equipped summer kitchen with a beautiful fireplace, large dining table and relaxing lounge area suitable for all seasons. A large glass door leads you directly to the large, carefully tended garden that surrounds the luxury vacation home.
For new bookings in 2021 and 2022, breakfast is included in the price as well as a cleaning service 4 hours a day. You can find many tourist activities in the beautiful town of Rovinj (30 km), but be sure to visit the regional capital Pula. There you will find an enchanting Roman amphitheater where you can attend many film events as well as cultural events and live concerts by world-famous artists.
Don't miss the old medieval towns such as Svetvincenat (8 km), Vodnjan (8 km) and Bale (15 km) full of picturesque squares, narrow stone streets and cozy taverns, stores and bars.
