This villa for up to 5 people offers you a variety of activities and entertainment to fill your days during your vacation. The private pool is ideal for cooling off during the summer heat, while the sun loungers are the perfect place to relax and sunbathe.
Families with children or people with reduced mobility will particularly appreciate the practical layout of this villa, as all rooms and contents are within easy reach. Comfort is the most important vacation motif in this house, which is why all rooms are air-conditioned. Two elegantly furnished bedrooms with TV provide well-deserved rest and right next to them, there are also two modern bathrooms. The carefully designed interior of this villa extends throughout the house and stands out in particular due to the open floor plan of the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. The fireplace in the dining room is available for heating on colder days, but also for enjoying a special atmosphere otherwise. The brightness and freshness of the living room is ensured by a glass door that gives direct access to the courtyard from the living room.
So enjoy sunny mornings with coffee in hand on the garden furniture in the courtyard. When the weather is nice, the courtyard also offers other opportunities to spend time outdoors. If you want to prepare a meal together, there is a gas and charcoal barbecue under the canopy. Afterwards, you can enjoy your meal at the dining table under the covered terrace, in a setting surrounded by plants that completes your experience of a peaceful oasis. But there are also plenty of opportunities for children who want to be active - playing soccer on the lawn, enjoying the playground under the trees or jumping on the trampoline! Puntera is a quiet place in the municipality of Barban in the continental part of Istria. Due to its location, Puntera offers you many opportunities for various activities. With a short drive you can visit Rovinj with its charming, colorful houses or the remains of the Roman era in Pula. In this area you will find many characteristic Istrian villages and beaches are located along the coastal towns nearby. Nature lovers can visit the valley of the river Ra?a and the place where it flows into the Adriatic Sea just below Puntera. Awaken your thirst for adventure on a kayak safari or on the cycling and hiking trails. For horse lovers, there are also opportunities to ride on mountain trails and swim with horses.
