Situated on the edge of a sleepy little village amidst the fragrant Mediterranean forests of the enchanting Istrian countryside, Villa Campi offers luxurious accommodation with a very wide range of leisure activities for both adults and children. The villa combines traditional flair with first-class, modern comfort, exuding timeless elegance that emphasizes relaxation.
The first floor has a stylish lounge area with an open fireplace, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. Here is also the fully equipped kitchen, as well as the elegant dining area, which is ideal for long meals. On the same level there are also two bedrooms - one double and one twin - with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a rustic canteen with a pool table and a further dining area. The upper floor houses two further double bedrooms, again with en-suite bathrooms, which lead directly onto the covered terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The ideal quiet place to relax with a coffee or sundowner.
The lower terrace serves as an outdoor cooking, dining and lounge area with wonderful views of the spacious pool area and the beautiful surroundings. The well-tended garden surrounds the house and has plenty of idyllic spots to linger and take a short break from the group. The private tennis court awaits an exciting match, while golf enthusiasts can play an entertaining game on the 8-hole golf course. There is also a soccer pitch, as well as basketball and badminton, so that entertainment for all ages is guaranteed.
To rebalance body and mind, there is a fantastic wellness room. Or you can simply relax in the fantastic heated pool with hydromassage while the children play in their very own original tree house.Villa Campi enjoys a quiet, idyllic location yet not far from the beautiful beaches and lively charming towns along the coast. The unspoiled countryside with numerous coastal and forest paths is ideal for mountain biking, long relaxing walks and horse riding. The excellent authentic gastronomy can be enjoyed in many restaurants, inviting agro-tourisms and rustic cellars. If you like adventure, there is a well-equipped diving center in the nearby bay of Krnica, and even more content can be found in the modern hotel complex of the famous Duga Uvala bay with a great spa center, as well as various sports facilities, bars and a nightclub. A trip to the lively coastal town of Medulin and the historic town of Pula is also a must. Beautiful sights, a wide range of restaurants, stores and markets, as well as many entertainment options make it a popular tourist destination.
