In the heart of Vallouise. This passive, eco-friendly family village house is ideally located, 200m from all amenities. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
This fully renovated 110m² village house offers you the best of the past. On 3 levels: At the entrance, a large storage area for skis and boots... Separate WC, shower room with washing machine.
On the 1st level, a kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room (no TV!), a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the 2nd level, a mezzanine with a cosy sitting area, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm). On the 3rd level, a second mezzanine with a relaxation area, and a "mountain corner" bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 single beds (can be made into a double bed). This quiet house is ideal for a family holiday.

- Surroundings: The house is a 4-minute walk from shops, restaurants, etc. (200m) and a 10-minute walk from the cross-country ski trails.
Nearby shuttle bus to various villages and the Puy Saint Vincent & Pelvoux ski resorts. Luggage and shopping can be dropped off in front of the house, and parking is available 250m from the house at the Gravière parking lot.
- Activities: 2 ski resorts, Puy St Vincent & Pelvoux. Seasonal activities (winter or summer). Numerous hikes (Glacier blanc et noir, Lac de l'Eychauda, Narreyroux ), mountain bike trails, dog sledding, paragliding, horseback riding, craftsmen's markets, exhibitions... come and discover the heritage and landscapes located in the heart of the Ecrins National Park.
