This mountain chalet is located in the "La casse" area of Vallouise and comprises :
-Ground floor: garage with storage space (fridge and freezer), laundry room with boiler and water point, washing machine, bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm), large closet and direct access to the garden (French windows), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, large staircase to the first floor.
1st floor (access from inside and outside): 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed (180cm), 1 separate WC, 1 fully-equipped kitchen, dining room & living room opening onto a balcony with unobstructed view of the mountains facing SOUTH-WEST.
A little special feature: the chalet has a decorative fireplace in the living room. Please note that this fireplace is closed, as there is no casing, so it cannot be used (fire hazard), but radiators are available.
-Top floor: 1 reading area, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90) opening onto a balcony, 1 bathroom with sink and bidet.
