Excellent new apartment in the Historic center of Porto in a rehabilitated building 1 minute walk from the emblematic Rua de Santa Catarina. The apartment is decorated by designers and located in front of Praça da Batalha, surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all kinds of accesses and services.

Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city, about 1 min by public transport. The Douro River is just a 5-minute walk away, with Ribeira accessible without the need for any transport.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed for two persons and a sofa bed for two in the living room, which can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is only accessible by stairs.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen products, oven, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, vacuum cleaner, electric radiator for cold days in the room.
Both bed linen and towels are of hotel quality and are cleaned by a professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.
Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.
Personal and peaceful check-in, we always ask you to inform us of the arrival time. Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm to 2:00 am. In case of arrival after 20:00 a late check-in fee applies.
