The owners have completely renovated this village house into a vacation home with contemporary furnishings and decor. Ground floor: Large kitchen, large living room with dining area and lounge/bedroom area (2 single beds, one of which is a trundle bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds), shower room (shower and toilet). Electric heating, pellet stove. Down the stairs from the living room, you'll reach the shared green space and your private terrace. All shops on site. superb hiking in the Gorges de la Bouble, a site classified as a "sensitive natural area" of great ecological, landscape and cultural wealth on the Chemin de Saint Jacques en Bourbonnais GR300. It's 15 minutes from the A71 Clermont Ferrand/Paris motorway, 35 minutes from Vichy, 15 km from St Pourçain sur Sioule, and Charroux, classified as one of France's most beautiful villages, is a 5-minute drive away. Private spa: available from April to September.
